Christmas time, mistletoe and wine? Nope… hazy pale ales! The latest in our “Suspended in…” series is definitely one to get you in the spirit of the season. For this brew we used “Chit” malt, which is an under modified malt, designed by Germans to work around the “Reinheitsgebot”. It’s joined by a hop line-up consisting of Mandarina, Hallertau Blanc & Amarillo. Expect orange and mandarin citrus flavours and light tropical notes that will have you puckering up over and over again.
