This collaboration brings together juicy Perthshire blackberries and tropical Alphonso mango, creating a thick, smoothie-like mouthfeel packed with vibrant fruit character. Brown sugar and creamy toasted coconut add a rich, dessert-like sweetness, balanced by the bright tartness of Vault City’s mixed-fermentation sour base.
