Brewed in collaboration with Prizm Brewing Co, Le Lez is a hazy IPA built on a shared hop foundation (Motueka, Citra, and Simcoe) with its Pale Ale counterpart, Le Salaison. NZH-101 hops are added in addition to the cold-side to amplify lime, tropical fruit, and dank resinous notes, over a clean, expressive base fermented with Verdant’s house yeast.
