Say hello to our Sour Scale, with a series of 5 beers across the Vault City spectrum of sweet-tart to super sour. 

For level 2, we’ve conditioned our mixed fermentation base beer on mountains of carrot purée, sweet vanilla and mixed spices to create a pastry sour you could serve by the slice.
